• Job Description

  1. Market research & opportunity identification
  Analyse market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
  Identify upcoming related construction and engineering projects.
  Monitor tender platforms, and industry reports.
  
  2. Client relationship management
  Build and maintain relationship with key stakeholders and clients.
  Act as the point of contact for new and potential clients.
  Organize regular client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to understand needs and promote services and expertise.
  
  3. Proposal and tender support
  Coordinate with internal teams to support technical and commercial proposals preparation.
  Assist in reviewing RFPs/RFQs and prequalification documents.
  Assist to ensure timely submission of tenders and documentation.
  
  4. Marketing & brand promotion
  Support on marketing initiatives to raise brand awareness.
  Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, etc.
  Help develop marketing materials (e,g, presentations) according to the target market.
  
  5. Report & forecast
  Maintain sales tracking tools to monitor progress and performance.
  Provide regular business development reports and forecasts to management.
  
  6. Competitor & client analysis
  Study competitors' strengths, market positioning, and client base.
  Identify gaps in the market where the company can gain a competitive edge.
  Understand client decision-making processes and procurement strategies.
