    ・Channel Development and Management:
    Lead the development and establishment of distributor channels to drive market penetration and expand business reach.
    ・Team Building and Management:
    Recruit, develop, and manage distributor teams and internal sales teams to achieve business objectives effectively.
    ・Customer Financial Management:
    Develop and implement comprehensive customer financial management systems, including budget planning, cost control, and ROI analysis.
    ・Monthly Product Strategy Execution:
    Develop, execute, and monitor monthly product strategies and financial investment plans, ensuring effective implementation and timely closure of campaigns.
    ・Market Research and Consumer Analysis:
    Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and analyze consumer needs to provide actionable insights for business strategy development.
    ・Sales Performance Management:
    Oversee the achievement of sales targets, collection goals, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business growth and profitability.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    ■ MUST REQUIREMENTS
    ・Minimum 5 years of sales experience in ice cream industry with in-depth understanding of FMCG market operations
    ・Possess dealer management experience
    ・Possess own car and driving license and must be willing to travel.

    ■ ADVANTAGES
    ・Possess network of ice cream dealers or end-clients for instance main groceries stores (AEON, TESCO, Giant, Cold Storage, Jaya Grocer, Seven Eleven, Family Mart and etc. or any other potential outlet stores)

    ■ OTHER REQUIREMENTS
    ・Proficient in market development and strategic planning, capable of conducting market research and delivering constructive growth strategies.
    ・Strong analytical skills to independently assess market dynamics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
