• Job Description

  - To leading and managing whole production activities, output, manpower in meeting overall company goals targeted towards customer satisfaction.
  - To improve the machine utilization to meet production output required.
  - To work up with Planning Department to meet the output delivery as schedule provided.
  - Ensure all procedures are being adhered examples ISO requirement.
  - Maintaining of good 5S in the Production area.
  - Participates actively in continual Improvement.
  - To fine tune Production Process Control / Specifications if necessary.
  - Explores improvement opportunities and makes proposal for corrective and preventive actions.
  - To handle other tasks and duties as and when requested by superior.
