• Job Description

  - Respond to client requirements by providing engineering solutions and technical support to ensure successful project execution.
  - Responsible for detailed mechanical design, drafting, and mechanical functional design based on customer specifications.
  - Prepare detailed engineering drawings, Bills of Materials (BOM), and tolerance stack-up analyses to ensure design accuracy and manufacturability.
  - Collaborate closely with Production and Sales teams to optimize product designs and support project implementation.
  - Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and customer support throughout the project lifecycle.
  - Advise and support team members on machining center operations, including milling, boring, drilling, and tapping processes.
  - Coordinate and communicate with the Taiwan headquarters on technical matters, project updates, and engineering requirements.
  - Ensure all assigned projects are completed within the established timeline while maintaining quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
  - Travel for business purposes as required (approximately once per month).
