    ■ ROLE OVERVIEW
    As our first Sales in Malaysia, you will be the pioneering force on the ground, spearheading business expansion and driving revenue growth for our China headquarters.

    ■ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
    1. Market Entry & Business Development
    ・Identify and penetrate new market segments in Malaysia’s construction, infrastructure, and property development sectors.
    ・Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to secure product specifications and acquire new local developers, main contractors, and building material distributors.
    ・Conduct market research to stay ahead of local construction trends, competitor pricing, and SIRIM/CIDB regulatory and certification requirements.

    2. Strategic Project & Account Management
    ・Act as the primary local point of contact for our existing key clients and active construction projects, ensuring 100% satisfaction and seamless on-site delivery.
    ・Coordinate closely with the HQ in China regarding manufacturing timelines, customized material specifications, logistics, and quality control to meet project timelines.

    3. Sales Operations & Leadership
    ・Manage the end-to-end project sales cycle: from initial lead generation, site visits, and tender submissions to commercial negotiation and contract closing.
    ・Prepare and present project pipelines, sales forecasts, budget reports, and local market feedback to HQ management.
    ・Assist in the setup of the Malaysia sales office operations and local warehouse/distribution logistics as the business grows.

    4. Technical Consultation & Spec-In
    ・Provide expert advice on building material properties, structural applications, sustainability/green building certifications, and cost-effective engineering solutions.
    ・Conduct technical presentations and mock-up demonstrations to architects, quantity surveyors (QS), and structural engineers to successfully "spec-in" our products into upcoming project blueprints.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    ■ MUST REQUIREMENTS
    ・Minimum 3 years of sales experience dealing with construction material (tiles, carpentry woods, paints, aluminum, glasses, or any construction hardware)

    ■ ADVANTAGES
    ・An existing network of construction, infrastructure, and property development sectors

    ■ OTHER REQUIREMENTS
    ・Demonstrated success in "Greenfield" sales or starting a sales branch from scratch
    ・Strong negotiation skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to work independently in a startup environment
