  • Job Description

    - Execute reliability qualification plans for electronic components, and modules.
    - Develop test strategies including HTOL, HAST, THB, TC, HTSL, PTC and mechanical stress tests.
    - Review test results, analyze failures, and provide clear conclusions and recommendations.
    - Assess risks related to new technologies, new materials, and new manufacturing processes.
    - Ensure compliance to relevant JEDEC, IEC, MIL, IPC, and customer-specific standards.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
    - Having at least 5 years of experience in reliability engineering within the semiconductor industry.
    - Proven experience supporting products from development to high-volume manufacturing.
    - Strong knowledge of electronics reliability mechanisms (electromigration, corrosion, thermal fatigue, etc.).
    - Experience with environmental and mechanical stress testing equipment.
    - Hands‑on experience with reliability testing.
    - Ability to interpret schematics, layouts, and mechanical drawings.
    - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    - Familiarity with automotive, industrial, consumer, or high-reliability electronic applications
