Our projects include working with government agencies, GLCs, corporates, and international partners across green-tech innovation, road infrastructure, and specialised engineering solutions.
We are expanding and looking for a high-calibre Business Development Executive who can represent the company professionally, build strong client rapport, and support our growth strategy.
Role Purpose
To support all business development activities including client engagement, proposal preparation, market research, and strengthening the company’s presence through polished communication and relationship-building.
This position is ideal for someone who is confident, well-presented, enjoys meeting people, and can make clients feel comfortable and valued.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Engagement & Relationship Building
• Attend meetings, events, site visits, conferences, and networking sessions with clients and partners.
• Build and maintain rapport with government agencies, GLCs, corporate clients, and suppliers.
• Serve as the frontline representative — warm, attentive, professional, and able to hold conversations gracefully.
• Manage client follow-up, scheduling, updates, and relationship touchpoints.
2. Business Development Support
• Assist in preparing proposals, company profiles, pitch decks, and capability statements.
• Coordinate internal inputs from technical, finance, and operations teams.
• Monitor and update tender/RFP pipelines, leads, next actions, and BD trackers.
3. Market Research & Analysis
• Conduct research on tenders, industry trends, competitors, pricing benchmarks, and potential customers.
• Identify collaboration opportunities with ministries, corporates, universities, and technical partners.
4. Communication & Presentation
• Draft letters, briefing notes, talking points, and business messages for senior management.
• Support CEO and Head of BD with strategic communication and engagement materials.
• Ensure all presentation materials are polished, accurate, and professional.
Qualifications
Requirement
• Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Communications, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in BD, client relations, sales, corporate services, or hospitality/client-facing roles
• Good presentation & storytelling ability
• Ability to work under tight timelines and structured coordination
• Basic understanding of proposals, tenders, and commercial documents is an advantage
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)English Level
