- General Administration & Secretarial Duties: Provide interpretation and operational support for the Japanese Managing Director (MD).
- Inter-departmental Support: Assist the IT development, Recruitment, and Finance/Accounting departments.
- Office Management: Manage and order office supplies/consumables, and handle phone and email inquiries.

In this role, you will leverage your background in Business Administration, Accounts or Finance to not only drive global revenue but also structure highly profitable, financially sound commercial agreements.With a strong focus on expanding our market share in the broader Asian manufacturing sector, you will be critical in building long-term partnerships with rubber thread buyers.Key Responsibilities1. B2B Export Sales & Business Development- Assist the area manager to identify, prospect, and secure new B2B accounts (manufacturers, distributors, and traders) across targeted international markets, particularly within Chinese-speaking regions.- Help manage the end-to-end export sales cycle for rubber thread products, from initial lead generation and product sampling to contract closing and post-sales support.- Help to initiate and develop and execute strategic export sales plans to meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.2.
