  1. Delivery and Order Management
  - Order Processing: Receive orders from customers (local distributors and manufacturers) and accurately input data into the internal system.
  - Inventory & Procurement: Liaise with the Japanese headquarters and regional factories for inventory checks and procurement.
  - Logistics Coordination: Manage lead times and shipping schedules, including ETD (Estimated Time of Departure) and ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival).
  
  2. Sales Support
  - Sales Materials: Prepare sales documents, product catalogues, and presentation materials for the sales team.
  - Reporting: Generate monthly sales reports and other data analysis for sales meetings.
  - Event & Logistics Support: Coordinate logistics for distributor training sessions and exhibitions.
