Job Description
The Marketing Manager will lead the strategic planning and execution of marketing initiatives to drive brand growth, market penetration, and customer engagement across the company’s medical aesthetic product portfolio. This role plays a key part in shaping brand strategy, supporting commercial performance, and strengthening the company’s positioning within the medical aesthetics market.
Working closely with sales, regional marketing teams, and external partners, the Marketing Manager will translate market insights into impactful campaigns and initiatives that support business growth.
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, product adoption, and revenue growth across the medical aesthetics portfolio.
• Participate in industry events, workshops, and congresses to strengthen brand presence and professional engagement.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources to maximize return on investment.
• Track marketing performance metrics and provide insights and reporting to management on campaign effectiveness and market performance.
• Plan and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across digital platforms, events, and professional education initiatives.
• Drive digital marketing initiatives including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and SEO to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness using data and analytics, and optimize marketing initiatives based on performance insights.
• Partner closely with sales teams to align marketing strategies with commercial objectives and market needs.
• Translate clinical and product information into compelling marketing messages for healthcare professionals.
• Work cross-functionally with sales, medical, and regulatory teams to ensure marketing materials are compliant and impactful.
• Manage relationships with creative agencies, digital partners, and event organizers.
• Support the development of product education programs and training for clinics and healthcare professionals.
Qualifications
Requirement
<Requirements>
• Min. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Min. 5–8 years of marketing experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical, medical device, or medical aesthetics industry.
• Proven experience in marketing strategy development and brand management.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and multi-channel campaign execution.
<Advantageous>
• Experience working with sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM platforms).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Canva or other marketing design tools is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.English Level

Salary range: ~RM6,000 - RM7,000 (including fixed allowances)
