    In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing an established portfolio of corporate accounts while actively scouting for new business opportunities in both local and regional markets. Electronic components, particularly advanced capacitors and energy storage devices, serve as the bedrock of modern technology. Therefore, your day-to-day responsibilities will go far beyond basic transactional sales; you will engage in solution-based selling, understanding the unique engineering and supply chain challenges of your clients, and coordinating with our technical and production teams to deliver customized high-quality solutions.

    【Responsibilities】
    ・Account Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing corporate clients, acting as the primary point of contact for inquiries, orders, and post-sales support to ensure high customer satisfaction.

    ・Business Development: Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities within the electronic components market through cold calling, networking, and market research.

    ・Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, quotations, and commercial proposals to procurement and engineering teams.

    ・Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new growth areas and feed insights back to the management team.

    ・Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Production, Quality Assurance, and Logistics departments to ensure client specifications are met and orders are delivered on schedule.

    ・Sales Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports for regional management reviews.
