  Responsible for managing and developing the sales team, achieving sales and quality targets, handling customer relations, and overseeing order and inventory operations.
  Also leads process improvements, recruitment, risk management, and ensures compliance with legal, company, and environmental requirements.
  
  - Set sales and quality targets and train staff as needed.
  - Communicate with customers to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
  - Follow up on new product/model introductions.
  - Manage sales forecasting, order processing, and ensure orders are accurate and on time.
  - Monitor team performance and recommend improvements.
  - Coordinate with other departments to support smooth operations.
  - Prepare and follow up on monthly production requests.
  - Handle sales-related administrative tasks, including sales orders and inventory matters.
  - Provide coaching, training, and support to team members.
  - Lead recruitment and hiring for the sales team.
