    【Summary】
    Support marketing activities by assisting with market research, data analysis, and competitor studies, while helping create reports, presentations, and marketing materials. Participate in campaigns, events, and collaborations with internal teams and external partners to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

    【Key Responsibilities】
    - Support the Manager/Assistant Manager with market research and data analysis projects.
    - Assist in designing and conducting consumer behavior and competitor studies.
    - Consolidate and analyze internal activities and sales data by SKU, channel, and customer.
    - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual brand performance reports highlighting key insights and issues.
    - Monitor competitor activities, including promotions and new product launches.
    - Track market share trends and provide actionable recommendations based on market and consumer insights.
    - Support pre- and post-campaign analysis to measure promotional effectiveness and sales impact.
    - Manage A&P budget tracking and coordinate with finance for invoice validation and expense reconciliation.
    - Create detailed reports and presentations summarizing research findings, market trends, and campaign outcomes.
    - Collaborate with brand activation, sales, and other internal teams to ensure marketing alignment.
    - Maintain research tools and databases to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
    - Coordinate with stakeholders and external partners for marketing planning and execution.
    - Suggest improvements to research methods, reporting processes, and data management.
    - Participate in training and workshops to enhance marketing, event, and PR skills.
    - Work with external vendors and agencies to ensure timely delivery and quality of marketing materials.
    - Be flexible to work overtime, weekends, or travel domestically or internationally as needed.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Education Background : Posses Diploma/ Degree.
    - Minimum 3 years of experience in market research, data management or a similar role.
