  < JOB SUMMARY >
  We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Specialist (Japanese Speaker) to strengthen relationships with existing Japanese clients and develop new non-Japanese clients in the Southern region of Malaysia and East Asia.
  This role focuses on client engagement, sales growth, and market expansion while working closely with the Japanese Sales Manager and internal teams. (Ex. new deal of MYR50K per month)
  
  < KEY RESPONSIBILITIES >
  ・Manage and grow relationships with existing Japanese customers, ensuring high satisfaction and continuous business expansion.
  ・Identify and develop new business opportunities among Japanese companies in the Southern Malaysia region.
  ・Conduct sales visits, technical discussions, and commercial negotiations with clients.
  ・Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports in coordination with internal departments.
  ・Work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  ・Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer requirements to support strategic planning.
  ・Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  ・Provide regular updates and reports to the Japanese Sales Manager.
