Job Description
Main role is purchasing and managing supplies for all store locations. I monitor store sales to adjust order volumes, making sure we have enough stock to sell while avoiding waste. I also handle general store operations and paperwork to keep everything running smoothly.
•Manage orders for each store by checking their sales and inventory to make sure they never run out of products and lose sales.
•Buy ingredients and materials like flour, butter, and yeast, and check that the quality is always good.
•Handle store equipment and supplies by purchasing ovens and packaging, and making sure everything is delivered on time.
•Monitor store performance and support daily operations to ensure each location is running efficiently.
•Manage store licenses and paperwork such as tax documents and safety checks to keep the shops open and compliant.
•Support hiring and attendance for employees to make sure the stores are properly staffed.
•Organize office items and documents like contracts, reports, stationery, and uniforms for the team.
Qualifications
Requirement
【Must】
・Having over diploma.
・Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Malay.
【Advantage】
・Experience in Purchasing, Procurement, or General Affairs .English Level
