  • Job Description

    Supervise the production floor and operators.
    Act as a bridge between Japan HQ and Malaysia through translation of manuals and participation in meetings.
    ・Supervise approx. 20 operators and manage daily production output.
    ・Act as a coordinator between Japan HQ and the local factory.
    ・Participate in weekly meetings with Japan in Japanese and translate technical manuals for the floor.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - JLPT N3 level or equivalent business communication skills.
    Experience
    - 1–3 years of experience in the manufacturing or technical fields.
    or
    - Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, provided you hold a degree in a relevant field such as:
    Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, etc.)
    Production Management
    Other specialized majors applicable to the manufacturing industry.
