• Job Description

  1. Design & Concept Development:
  • Create visually compelling designs for various print materials, including flyers, posters, brochures, and other marketing collateral.
  • Research and develop design concepts aligned with project goals and branding strategies.
  • Incorporate typography, color schemes, style, and other visual elements using industry-standard tools and technologies.
  • Develop and present design concepts and ideas to relevant stakeholders, including team members, clients, and superiors.
  • Revise designs based on feedback and ensure final approval from relevant parties.
  
  2. Print Production:
  • Create print-ready files and manage digital color separations for print production.
  • Research, specify, and procure printing equipment, systems, and supplies as needed.
  • Ensure designs are optimized for the intended print process, maintaining high standards of quality and color accuracy.
  • Oversee the print production process to ensure color matching, ink consistency, and overall print quality.
  • Approve materials for print production and coordinate with printing and mailing teams to ensure timely delivery.
  
  3. Quality Control:
  • Perform quality checks throughout the design and production phases to ensure all materials meet established standards.
  • Maintain high standards of design quality and ensure all projects align with branding, marketing, and communication strategies.
  • Consistently deliver creative solutions that solve visual design challenges while adhering to project deadlines.
  
  4. Collaboration & Communication:
  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure cohesive design deliverables across all projects.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh ideas and design insights.
  • Effectively manage time and multiple projects, keeping stakeholders updated on progress and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in printing technologies, software tools, and design techniques.
  
  5. Project Management:
  • Maintain schedules for print jobs and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budgetary guidelines. • Manage external vendors and contractors involved in the printing and mailing process.
  • Ensure that all printing jobs meet quality standards and project requirements.
