  • Job Description

    - Develop high-precision automated machinery from the ground up, including conceptualization, structural design, and component selection based on specific client needs.
    - Lead the entire mechanical design process independently, starting from a blank sheet to handle all technical calculations (e.g., torque, speed, structural strength, and tolerances).
    - Create original 3D models and detailed 2D production drawings for customized factory automation (FA) equipment and labor-saving machines.
    - Please note: This is a pure Design role. Experience limited only to routine maintenance, repair, or troubleshooting of existing machinery is not sufficient.
    - Utilize advanced 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) to design complex mechanisms, jigs, and fixtures from scratch.
    - Manage the project from the initial design phase through to final assembly and testing to ensure the machine meets all functional specifications.'s targets.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Proven track record in mechanical design for automated machinery or factory automation (FA) systems, covering the entire lifecycle from concept to completion.
    - Extensive experience in creating original designs and blueprints from scratch, rather than modifying existing templates or drawings.
    - Demonstrated ability to perform essential technical calculations independently, including motor sizing, gear ratios, and structural stress analysis.
    - Hands-on experience in selecting mechanical components such as pneumatics, motors, sensors, and materials suitable for specific industrial environments.
    - High proficiency in using 3D/2D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) to develop complex assemblies and detailed parts for manufacturing.
    - Direct experience in designing customized jigs, fixtures, and precision mechanisms for high-speed production lines.
    - Important: Actual design experience is mandatory. Candidates whose experience is primarily in machine repair, tool maintenance, or basic troubleshooting will not be considered.
