• Job Description

  The Project Engineering Lead oversees all project management and manufacturing operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. This role involves coordinating with customers, internal teams, and suppliers while continuously improving processes and departmental performance.
  
  1.Project Management & Customer Coordination
  Lead project kick-offs, review customer drawings, and coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure timely and reliable project delivery.
  
  2.Factory Layout & Process Design
  Develop 2D/3D factory layouts, including equipment and process layouts, and design jigs and production processes in collaboration with suppliers.
  
  3.Supplier Management & Negotiation
  -Negotiate lead times, costs, and manage supplier relationships to optimize production schedules and expenses.
  
  4.Production & Manufacturing Oversight
  Supervise production activities, including manpower planning, machine capacity optimization, quality control, and resource utilization across production lines.
  
  5.Process Improvement & Performance Monitoring
  Establish KPIs, prepare monthly reports, identify recurring production issues, and implement improvements to enhance departmental efficiency.
  
  6.Departmental Operations & Team Management
  Ensure compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements, manage departmental budgeting and cost control, and conduct performance appraisals for team members.
