  • Job Description

    - Provide on-site and off-site after-sales technical support to customers for CTP (Computer-to-Plate) systems and related printing equipment.
    - Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues reported by customers in a timely manner.
    - Perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of CTP machines and printing-related products.
    - Conduct routine preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
    - Provide technical training and basic operation guidance to customers when required.
    - Prepare service reports and document all service activities accurately.
    - Coordinate with internal teams and principals for technical support and spare parts arrangement.
    - Respond promptly to emergency service calls and minimize machine downtime for customers.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Minimum 2–3 years of working experience as a Field Service Engineer or Service Engineer.
    - Hands-on experience in CTP (Computer-to-Plate) systems is required.
    - Experience in the printing industry is highly preferred.
    - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
    - Good communication skills and customer-service mindset.
    - Able to work independently and handle on-site assignments.
    - Possess own transport and a valid driving license.
