  Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Communication: To serve as the primary liaison for Japanese clients, managing their requests and communications in Japanese.
  • Project Management: To oversee project progress, profitability, and delivery to ensure successful outcomes for clients and stakeholders.
  • Quality Assurance: Leverage expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and a solid understanding of Japanese business operations and assure the quality of any deliverable of clients.
  • Documentation and Reporting: To prepare professional, client-facing documents and internal reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Team Coordination: Act as a bridge between Japanese clients and internal teams to ensure expectations are met.
