  • Job Description

    • Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities to ensure smooth progress of interior renovation and fit-out works.
    • Monitor project schedule, site progress, and workmanship to ensure completion within the specified timeline and quality standards.
    • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams to resolve any site issues or discrepancies.
    • Ensure that all works comply with design drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.
    • Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and progress reports for management review.
    • Attend site meetings and liaise closely with clients, consultants, and contractors on project updates and requirements.
    • Verify materials delivery, monitor site inventory, and ensure proper documentation of site activities.
    • Support the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and overall project coordination.
    • Perform other related duties as assigned to support project completion.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    • Diploma or Certificate in Interior Design, Building, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
    • Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in interior fit-out or renovation projects, preferably in commercial office settings.
    • Good understanding of site coordination, construction drawings, and renovation processes.
    • Able to work independently with strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
    • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to liaise with clients and contractors effectively.
    • Possess own transport and willing to travel to project sites as required.
