• Job Description

  • Provide technical support and continuous improvement for testing processes at CM Factories
  • Lead the setup and maintenance of test environments based on definsed test plans
  • Assist NPI Engineers and test development engineers in completing DFT (Design for Testability) evaluations.
  • Lead detailed analysis and accurate diagnosis of issues identified during testing;collaborate with developers to resolve defects.
  • Analyze functional failures during the testing phase and propose corrective actions.
  • Recommend further product improvements and evaluate the feasibility of proposed solutions.
  • Summarize and perform statistical analysis of test results; track testing progress and provide feedback.
  • Manage and maintain CM test tools, automation systems and network test environment.
  • Support automation engineers in the development and implementation of automated testing technologies.
