Job Description
You will be responsible for overall purchasing and product planning operations at our local subsidiary.
This position is primarily responsible for purchasing and procurement (approx. 70%), including supplier management, cost control, and quality assurance, while also engaging in product planning and development (approx. 30%) tailored to the local market.
■ Purchasing & Procurement
-Local sourcing and supplier development/selection for food ingredients and materials.
-Supply chain management including order placement, cost, quality, and delivery control and negotiations.
-Propose cost optimization measures for raw materials and logistics.
-Conduct quality inspections at factories and stores.
■ Product Planning & Development
-Plan and develop new menu items and seasonal products suited to the local market.
-Develop product strategies based on local consumer trends and competitive analysis.
-Design cooking manuals and operational procedures.
-Manage the process of menu book creation and implementation.
※After joining the company, you are expected to participate in a 1–2 week training program in Singapore.
Qualifications
Requirement
-Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing within the food service industry, food manufacturing, or trading companies.
-Japanese language proficiency at daily conversational level or higher.English Level
