• Job Description

  The role involves supporting architectural design development, feasibility studies, and design coordination for modular
  buildings and customized client solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with the R&D, sales, and project
  teams to translate client needs into practical, regulation-compliant, and aesthetically refined designs suitable for the
  Malaysian market.
  
  -Develop architectural concepts and design proposals based on client requirements and project briefs
  -Conduct feasibility studies and ensure designs comply with Malaysian building codes and regulations
  -Prepare drawings, specifications, and presentation materials for client and internal reviews
  -Collaborate with the sales, engineering, and project management teams during design development, client
  meetings, and technical discussions to ensure smooth design execution
  -Coordinate with consultants, authorities, and internal departments for design submissions and approvals
