  • Job Description

    -To listen, understand and translate spoken conversation or written information from Japanese to English/Bahasa Malaysia/Mandarin and vise-versa.
    -To act as the translator/interpreter in sales, marketing and other business activities that involve usage of Japanese language.
    -Responsible for documentation of conversations and discussions with clients when necessary.
    -Assist in maintaining/building a good relationship with potential/existing clients.
    -To act as a general assistant to Japanese expatriates in their daily business operations/activities.
    -To assist in preparing & translating reports, memos & letters as required.
    -To performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Having Japanese Skills (JLPT N2 or above)

    【Advantage】
    - Experience in similar administrative / office management roles
