Job Description
1. Prepare tender documents in accordance with company standards, ensuring proper document control and organization.
2. Execute tasks such as quantity take-offs, Bill of Quantities (BQ) preparation, material selection, tender documentation, and cost estimation.
3. Prepare project budgets, reports, and technical documentation as required.
4. Record all actual costs for each project, analyze the data, and compile a summary to present the results clearly.
5. Conduct inquiries and pricing analysis for materials and machinery to ensure accurate cost estimations.
6. Prepare relevant reports and manage necessary paperwork for the team & administrative Support
7. Perform tasks as requested by the Manager, ensuring timely and professional execution.
Qualifications
Requirement
1. Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in quantity surveying, preferably with exposure to geotechnical or civil engineering projects.
3. Strong knowledge of cost estimation, tender preparation, contracts, and progress claims.
4. Familiarity with geotechnical works such as piling, earthworks, retaining structures, or ground improvement will be an added advantage.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and QS-related software (e.g., AutoCAD, CostX, or equivalent).
6. Good understanding of local building regulations, contracts, and construction practices.
7. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
8. Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work independently as well as in a team.English Level
