Job Description
■Operational Management Support
- Assist in managing restaurant floor operations, including monitoring service flow and ensuring high-quality customer experience
- Coordinate with relevant teams to support other outlets within the complex
- Liaise with external service providers for maintenance and operational needs
- Handle customer complaints diplomatically and efficiently
■Corporate & Administrative Support
-Collaborate closely with finance, HR, and general affairs departments for streamlined office operations
- Manage executive schedules and support day-to-day administrative tasks
- Supervise and train local staff members; oversee performance and provide guidance
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards and prepare routine reports
■New Business & Projects
- Coordinate with partners and related businesses for project alignment and execution
- Plan, organise, and execute pop-up events, including concept development and logistics
- Research and evaluate potential property investments
- Monitor budgets and prepare analytical reports
■Executive Assistant Duties
- Support the Managing Director by attending key meetings and providing real-time interpretation and translation as needed
- Draft documents and correspondence in both Japanese and English
■Work Arrangement
- Work on a rotating shift basis that includes weekends and public holidays; compensatory leave will be granted accordingly
- Remote work (WFH) is not permitted, aligned with the operational requirements of the shopping centre environment
