  Job Scope & Responsibilities
  - Sales Strategy Development
  Create and implement plans to meet revenue targets and expand market share in battery products.
  - Team Leadership
  Hire, train, and motivate sales staff; set clear KPIs and monitor performance.
  - Customer Relationship Management
  Build long-term relationships with distributors, retailers, and REM clients; resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
  - Market Analysis
  Track competitor activity, pricing trends, and customer preferences to adjust strategies accordingly.
  - Product Knowledge
  Maintain deep understanding of battery specifications, applications (automotive vs. motorcycle), and technological advancements.
  - Inventory & Distribution Oversight
  Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery and stock availability.
  - Promotional Activities
  Collaborate with marketing to launch campaigns, attend trade shows, and boost brand visibility.
  - Reporting & Forecasting
  Analyze sales data, prepare reports for management, and forecast future demand.
