    We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR, Admin & Accounting Manager to oversee the company’s human resources, administrative, and accounting functions. The ideal candidate will take a leading role not only in HR and office management but also in financial operations, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in daily accounting processes.

    ■Key Responsibilities
    -Overseeing general accounting operations, including bookkeeping and expense management
    -Handling invoice processing, payment cycles, and reconciliations
    -Preparing monthly financial reports and supporting audits
    -Managing HR matters such as recruitment, employee relations, and compliance
    -Handling administrative tasks including expatriate procedures and office operations
    -Acting as the primary communication channel with the Japan headquarters

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    -Minimum of 5 years of experience in general administration and human resources
    -Japanese language proficiency at N2 level or above
    -Work experience in a Japanese company
