  • Job Description

This role is primarily supervisory, not managing subordinates, but overseeing partner activities and the physical handling of biomass fuel. The ideal candidate must be self-driven, meticulous, and capable of maintaining appropriate professional distance while closely observing and reporting any misconduct or deviation from standards.

To ensure stable and high-quality supply chain operations, the company is seeking a committed Biomass Yard & Integrity Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day yard monitoring and uphold operational and ethical standards in collaboration with local Malaysian partners.

    【Responsibilities】
    1. Yard Monitoring & Reporting
    - Conduct daily checks in the biomass storage yard on parameters such as moisture content, temperature, odor, delivery volumes, and contamination using a proprietary system.
    - Submit accurate reports twice daily (once in the morning, once in the afternoon) within designated timeframes.
    - Include comments in reports on any notable observations, such as worker behavior or irregularities.
    - Maintain daily routines independently and consistently, adhering to all operational instructions without supervision.

    2. Partner Oversight & Ethical Supervision
    - Ensure local partner employees are performing duties with integrity, without negligence or corrupt behavior.
    - Maintain a balance of effective communication and professional distance — being friendly, but not overly familiar.
    - Report any signs of misconduct, laziness, or inappropriate behavior in a clear and timely manner.

    3. Shipping Supervision
    - Attend both arrival and departure of vessels approximately once per month, including weekends, holidays, or overnight shifts based on weather and tidal schedules.
    - Inspect cargo trucks for foreign materials before loading, entering tanks for visual checks and photo documentation — each ship has two tanks requiring ladder access and safe work at height.
    - Join debriefing sessions with captains to verify loading amounts.
