Job Description
【Job scope】
-Visit customer places(KL,PG,JB) to maintenance of CNC Machine.
(e.g. Lathe, Machining center and Grinder etc)
- Machine disassembly and assembly work.
(Ball screw, bearing replacement, etc.)
- Machine accuracy adjustment.
(Machine level confirmation, accuracy measurement, adjustment)
-Service parts warehouse management.
-Customer support by telephone.
- Installation assistance for new machines (advance preparations, arrangements etc.)
-Communication with customers and local dealer in Malaysia
Qualifications
Requirement
- Experience production engineer or maintanance or service engineer for CNC Machine (MAZAK, MAKINO etc.)
※Approximately 4 to 5 years of experience.
- Driving license,posses own carEnglish Level

Job Description
1. Calibration of Electrical and Temperature Equipment:- Perform routine and non-routine calibration of various electrical, electronic, and temperature instruments both in the laboratory and on-site, following established procedures and calibration standards.- Document calibration results and issue calibration certificates as needed.- Be an approved Local Accreditation Body signatory for Electrical and Temperature fields of calibration in the laboratory and on-site.2. Maintenance and Troubleshooting:- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on test equipment. Diagnose and resolve malfunctions or deviations in measurement results, taking appropriate action to repair or adjust devices as required.3. Documentation and Record-Keeping:- Maintain detailed and accurate records of calibration activities, including test results, equipment history, and any adjustments or repairs made. Ensure documentation is compliant with quality management systems such as MS/ ISO 17025.4. Process Improvement:- Review current calibration methods and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. - Assist with the development and revision of calibration procedures and work instructions.- Expand laboratory work scope for Electrical and Temperature calibration.5. Compliance and Quality Assurance:- Ensure all calibration activities adhere to relevant regulatory and accrediting body requirements. - Participate in internal and external audits and assist with corrective actions as necessary.6. Equipment Management:- Track the status, location, and calibration schedules of equipment. Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for the acquisition and replacement of instruments.7. Training and Support:- Provide training to technicians and other staff on calibration techniques, safety procedures, and proper equipment handling. Serve as a subject matter expert for internal departments and external clients.8. Health, Safety, and Environmental Responsibilities:- Follow all safety protocols and best practices to ensure a safe working environment. By visiting clients, propose the solutions and sell their above services.Currently, they are handling with inbound clients only but in the future, they would like to increase new clients more.Thus, they need more manpower!Possibly sent to Thailand or Japan for training purpose (Thailand office is their hub of East Asia)- Conduct market research and identify potential clients.- Visit clients to understand their requirements and propose suitable system integration solutions.- Coordinate project planning and scheduling, including site layout and equipment checks.- Visit existing and new clients to understand their needs, provide technical support, and offer solutions to improve their operations.- Mainly handle clients within the Selangor area, with possible overseas business trips for training or project support.- Ensure project quality and safety standards are met.
