    【Job Responsibilities:】

    • Handle customer complaints
    • Handle customer complaints.
    • Analyze product defects and justify findings.
    • Recommend actions for improvements.
    • Coordinate with internal departments as well as with customers.
    • Work closely with all Departments especially production and sales.
    • Required to travel overseas to meet customers located overseas when required.
    • Handle Japanese speaking customer.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor’s Degree in Science - Chemistry, BioChemistry, Applied Chemistry, Physics, Material Science. OR Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or other relevant studies.
    - Having at least 1 years and above related experience in QA or Technical service in Manufacturing
    - Having at least JLPT N3 and above, with good speaking and writing Japanese
    - Good spoken & written Mandarin (SPM - Mandarin *This position has to reply email to customer by typing)
    - Taken Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin in SPM or IGCSE
    *This position has to reply email to customer by typing
    *Bahasa Malaysia language will be used widely in production line especially to the production operators.
    - Analytical skills
    * Fresh graduates is welcome to apply
