    Business Partner for Organization Development Programs
    • Manage sales and support activities / distributors activities
    • Ensure good relationship with business partner and manage expectations at company’s interest
    Performance Management and Talent Development
    • Manage and ensure deliverable of results
    • Monitoring and tracking self KPI and able to foresee risk and take action to minimize it
    • Plan and perform daily sales activities

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    • Possess at least Bachelor's degree or above
    • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in healthcare industry.
    • Able to interact with vast background of people and build relationship with key customers.
    • Must be able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Proficiency in other language will be added advantage.
    • Continuous prospecting leads and discipline to follow up sales lead.
    • Proactive and tactfully handle customer request.
    • Basic Computer skills (Microsoft office, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
    • Demonstrates accountability in previous task.
