  • Job Description

    • Personal sales responsibility on specifically defined territory. Achieve and exceed sales targets of allocated territory/product by developing new business with existing and potential clients; Aggressively buildup of product market share in respective sales territories
    • Support in product launches and marketing activities (online and offline)
    • Support in digital marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement and conversion
    • Establish, develop and maintain positive business growth in the respective defined territory by developing strategies via SWAT analysis
    • Perform, evaluate and feedback updated market and competitor’s information to the management on a regular and monthly basis
    • Develop, maintain and apply a high level of product knowledge and business environment knowledge;
    • To strategize & align business plans, further provide planning & execute marketing activities within defined territory.
    • Data reporting - prepare monthly reports, conduct market research, Analyse territory and customer data, doctor call reports and track territory spend on a regular basis;
    • Develop personal relationships with selected key opinion leaders in all markets (regular field visits) and maintain updated key prescriber’s data bank.
    • Administrative tasks and assist with other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
    • Ensures that market AE reports are appropriately documented and communicated to the appropriate PV manager in a timely manner
    • Living up to MYOP/SGOP code of Conduct and High-Performance Culture guidelines
    • Ensures all marketing and business practices are in line with the MYOP/SGOP & local PHARMA code of conduct (whichever is stricter)
    • Timely follow up on planned activities
    • Maintain positive, self- motivate & encourage team members

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Education Background :
    • You should possess tertiary education (preferably in Science/ Medicine or Business)

    Experience :
    • 3 years pharmaceutical sales/marketing experience. Experience in the Cardiology and Nephrology therapeutic areas is an advantage for this position.
    • You are a dynamic individual, with an aggressive attitude towards achieving your sales targets in your given territory. With your excellent interpersonal, selling and communication skills, you are able to deliver features and benefits of your products to your customers.
    • You value honest and open exchange of opinion and possess the highest standard of personal and professional ethics, and compliance.
    • In depth understanding of the Rare Disease/Specialty Care patient experience from diagnosis throughout the rest of their journey
    • Able to work cross-functionally across different teams
    • Team player, organized, results oriented and independent
    • Broad understanding of the commercial, operational and strategic aspects of the pharmaceutical business
    • Having experience in MOH/MOE would be an added advantage
    Require Skill :
    • Valid driving license with your own transport to facilitate your work requirements
