    【Purpose of Job】

    - Assisting the Brand Manager and the Marketing GM to create a strategy for the sub brand which is in line with the Company’s marketing guidelines.

    【Job Responsibilities】

    • Basing on the brand strategy, candidate should be able to come up with sub-strategies. From there, incumbent need to execute and materialise the sub-strategies by using the four-marketing mix in order to be able to achieve targets for the sub-strategies.

    • Determine the strategy/s for the sub-brand.
    Candidate need to know and understand their product brand positioning in the market and to come up with strategy for the sub brand in order to further enhance their brand’s portfolio.

    • Execution of the 4P strategy of sub-brand.
    Once the sub-brand strategy is in place, incumbent must be able to utilise the marketing mix (4P) in order to realise the sub-strategies for the sub-brand.

    • Creating marketing guidelines which in are in line with the company’s marketing handbook and principles.
    Able to create guidelines governing the marketing activities of the Company, which are in line with the company’s marketing handbook.

    • To materialise the strategy/s of the sub-brand.
    This is done via discussions with Key Account team in order to align appropriate plans and initiatives with external stakeholders.

    • Providing trainings and educating & developing subordinates, if applicable.

    • Collect, organize and analyse the information and / or market data. From there, analyse the brand’s result and come up with the issues / areas which requires attention and further analysis.

    • By analysing the Profit & Loss of the sub brand, analyse the factors which impacted and influenced the brand’s profit.

    • Create short-term and mid-term strategy for the sub brand which help to increase the sub brand value in a short to mid term period. With the planned strategy, he / she should be able to allocate the right resources for the execution of the 4P strategy.

    • Create guidelines for the sub brand and to champion & drive the 4P strategy.

    • Communicate and drive the sub brand strategies and objectives with Key Account team in order to ensure the same understanding across different departments.

    • Basing on the overall sub brand strategy, “slice” down all the processes which are involved and to attach a specific goal / target to each of the process.

    • Track and monitor the progress of the strategy. Should there be any deviations from the timeline / target, incumbent would need to propose the appropriate countermeasures.


  • Requirement

    - Education Background : Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/ Marketing or any other relevant discipline.
    - Experience : At least 4-5 years of Marketing / Brand management in FMCG company with proven track record.. (MUST)
    - Require Skill : Knowledge of market research data. Able to manage and interpret the market data from AC Nielsen, KANTAR etc.
    - Assist in monitoring of the Marketing budget allocation
    - Strong literacy of MS Office and computer literacy. Familiar with social media is an advantage.
    - Proficient in written and spoken English.
    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to communicate with all people of all levels and departments within the Company.
    - Analytical and of high comfort level with numeric and data.
    - Passionate with the industry / brand / product.
