    We have determined that the ideal candidate for this role should possess a combination of Business Development and Partnership skills. The primary focus will be on harnessing clients from all areas, both internal and external, by offering innovative solutions through Hibah. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role as the PIC for clients, our organization, and relevant partners to ensure successful deliverables.

    In particular, the Partnership aspect of the role will involve working closely with marketing teams to foster and nurture relationships. The synergy between Business and Partnership is crucial, and the candidate must collaborate effectively with internal marketing teams to drive business growth.

    ● Identify and develop business funnels from FSI and Enterprise segments. To also do research on the prospects and strategize business and partnership plans for positive traction.
    ● Convert the prospects into clients and work on partnership strategy to drive hibah business.
    ● To strategize partnership strategy for the clients for business growth and work closely with marketing for execution.
    ● Work closely with our Trustee partner to assure product delivery mechanism is intact during onboarding of the customer to subscribe Hibah & other Islamic Inheritance solutions with expected execution plans.
    ● Initiate project plans for Hibah & other Islamic Inheritance solutions, which include the scheduled actions and the feedback by FSI Clients to meet the project objectives.
    ● Collaborate with Marketing, Technology and Project Management with the objective to deliver project timeline with specific milestones, checkpoints, to ensure timelines are achieved.
    ● To coordinate with project management and marketing to ensure the go live date are achieved especially when it comes to white label portal, training and campaign launch plus sustenance program
    ● To ensure partnership of the clients can grow by offering complete solution.
    ● To act as the Key Person between SASC, Trustee and Client to ensure deliverable and success of the product roll out and the take up rate is successful.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    ● Must have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business & Marketing or Business & Development. Preferably in Fintech, Ecommerce and Wealth Management Industry.
    ● Minimum 5 years of working experience and have strong engagement with the clients from business development and partnership perspective.
    ● Similar years of experience as the Product Lead.
    ● Banking experience is a prerequisite.
    ● In-depth understanding of end-to-end customer onboarding for banking services, particularly in wealth management.
    ● Exceptional communication skills, resourcefulness, project management and presentation skills especially in tender development and pitch; organized, disciplined and results oriented.
