  • Job Description

    ● Implement processes for consistent handling of client’s feedback and queries
    ● To assist the team, by generating and analyze a performance report data on FSI’s for business plan and execution
    ● Proactively identifies issues/queries from the feedback give by FSI clients and assist the team to implement a plans to resolve them
    ● Portray with a good interpersonal skills & business ethics in liaison and relationship process with FSI clients and other industry level
    ● To assist in plans, develops, and administers customer relationship and service improvement programs in alignment with company objectives
    ● Conducts regular meetup (offline/online) with FSI clients and other industry segment to ensure company’s being updated with latest information and required feedback
    ● Assist and participate in sales events such as roadshows and seminars and other promotional activities to support in promoting and marketing Hibah & other Islamic Inheritance products

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    ● Must have a Bachelor's degree in business and marketing. Preferred with Islamic Banking and Islamic Wealth Background or experience.
    ● Minimum 3 years of working experience in Islamic Banking, Islamic Wealth or Takaful Companies. Those who are working previously in the bank’s customer relationship department are highly encouraged to apply.
    ● Exceptional communication skills, resourcefulness, organized, disciplined and results oriented.
    ● Problem solving driven
