    Strategic Sales Planning and Execution:
    - Develop a comprehensive business development strategy that aligns with the brand's unique value proposition and market positioning.

    - Lead the brand's market entry efforts by identifying target markets, geographies, and distribution channels.

    - Negotiate and structure partnership agreements that mutually benefit all parties involved.

    - Lead the sales team in effectively presenting the brand's value proposition to clients and partners.
    - Provide feedback and insights from the market to inform product enhancements and operational improvements.

    Team Leadership and Development:
    - Build, mentor, and lead a team of dynamic business development professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
    - Set clear performance goals, provide ongoing feedback, and support professional growth.

    Reporting and Analytics:
    - Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, outlining business development progress, challenges, and opportunities.
    - Utilize data-driven insights to refine strategies and make informed decisions.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Education Background : Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related Master degree preferred.

    - Experience : Proven track record (8+ years) of successfully leading business development efforts for new brands or ventures in the FMCG industry.

    - Required Skills:
    1. Deep understanding of market dynamics, consumer behaviour, and emerging trends within the FMCG sector.
    2. Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong ability to identify and capitalize on market gaps and opportunities.
    3. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    4. Visionary thinker capable of shaping the brand's long-term objectives and translating them into actionable plans.
    5. Leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
    6. Analytical prowess to interpret market data and generate actionable insights.
    7. Proficiency in using relevant business software and tools.
    8. Willingness to adapt and thrive in a dynamic startup environment.
    9. Willingness to travel as required for business meetings, industry events, and market exploration.
