  • Job Description

    <Main Role>
    ・ Planning, implementation and management of inbound promotion business in collaboration with the travel industry
    ・ Implementation of presentations for PR of travel to Japan at travel seminars and travel fairs
    ・ Participation in travel seminars and workshops
    ・ Support travel agency from the aspects of sending brochure or flyers
    ・ Responses for incoming inquiries
    ・ Travel agency hearings, monthly market research,
    ・ Market research on the Muslim market
    ・ Clipping and collection of information associated with market research
    ・ Organization and reporting of travel agency database
    ・ Customer support (including tourist information services at the counter) ・ Telephone / email support
    ・ Translation / interpretation work related to the above (English is required / Chinese or Malay → Japanese)
    ・ Support for general business (including work in charge of other staff)
    ・ Other office work in general

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    - Language : Japanese (N2 and above in writing and speaking) , English, either Malay or Chinese
    Japanese level could be negotiated if candidate have good experience in either digital marketing or tourism related field.
    - Education Background : Degree and above
    - Experience : Fresh graduate or 1-2 years experienced in either Tourism, Advertisement or Media industries.

    - Others :
    ・Can attend on holidays when they held any events (can replace the day-off)
    ・Willing to go for business trip(Within Malaysia and Japan)
    ・Can do overwork if required
