  • Job Description

    Human Resources Functions: -
    1) Responsible for the full spectrum of human capital management and handle
    confidential information with utmost discretion and provide HR related advice to
    the Management
    2) Working closely with the senior management team, elaborate on the company’s
    human resources strategy in line with the company’s development goals and to
    develop effective and timely manpower planning to maintain optimum level of
    manning
    3) To develop, review, maintain and ensure smooth execution of HR strategies,
    policies and procedures and continuously improving the delivery of effective HR
    services
    4) Review, enhance and propose good HR practices, policies, procedures,
    framework and strategies based on the performance and HR metrics and
    relevant statistics to ensure it is up to date standard
    5) Identify and set key performance indicators (KPIs) for the HR & Administration
    department, monitor progress and ensure KPIs are met
    6) Work with HODs to identify personnel KPIs in order to achieve the agreed
    deliverables and departmental goals
    7) Work with HODs in the development of learning and training modules and ensure
    training objectives are achieved
    8) Actively identify personnel and job-related gaps, implement changes necessary
    to improve staffing quality of the company and ensuring good social interaction
    within the company
    9) Work with HODs to handle employee relations and industrial relation issues
    10) Overseas the full HR functions and to enhance and further develop the HR
    Management System of the company which include payroll administration,
    compensation & benefit, recruitment, new employee onboard orientation, training
    and development, staff welfare and insurance, foreign worker application, leave
    application and others are executed in timely and effective manner
    11) Ensure consistency and cohesiveness of HR policies and Code of Conduct are
    well adhered to across the company
    12) Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements pertaining to HR related
    matters and procedures
    13) Responsible for handling disciplinary cases and advising management on best
    practices
    14) Set direction, create policy and offer expert advice in all matters relating to
    collective bargaining and industrial relations issues
    15) Other HR and administration functions as and when assigned from time to time

    Administration Functions: -
    1) Manage full spectrum of administration functions including planning and
    coordinating procedures and workforce to streamline processes in line with
    business strategy
    2) To assist in any and all areas of office administration for its smooth daily
    operation with include overseeing matters related to Corporate Secretarial as well
    as documentation and to ensure compliance to all standard requirements
    3) Analyses and continuously seek process improvements in administration
    functions
    4) Create, develop and manage the company’s procurement strategy, setting the
    goals and objectives, ensuring the cost-saving and cost-reduction opportunities is
    identified and actualized and ensure procurement processes is based on the
    best-practice processes
    5) Manage and review departmental budgets and work within that budget for HR
    and administrative programs and initiatives

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <MUST>
    - At least a Bachelor Degree holder in Human Resources Management,
    Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or other equivalent fields
    - Minimum 10 years of HR and administration working experience in Manufacturer
    - Having experience of Management for Labor Union

    <ADVANTAGE>
    - Solid understanding of labour law and HR & administration best practices
    - Experience in setting and meeting KPIs for the HR &administration department
    - Expertise in compensation & benefits, performance management systems, HR
    development works and administration duties
    - Must be organized, detail-oriented and a collaborative team player
    - Confident, good communication, enthusiastic and passionate for performance-
    oriented work processes
    - Possess excellence critical thinking and problem-solving skills
    - Possess a high level of integrity, initiative, drive, commitment, and a sense of urgency
