  ※1years contract ( after that it depends on the project. it has a possibility to change permanent contract)
  
  1. To lead and guide a project team to complete a project within schedule, ensure the projects are completed with safety, within budget (cost control) and of quality of works to the satisfaction of customers and/or consultant
  2. Ensure all relevant technical expertise/knowledge are made available to the site staff
  3. Prepare Construction Work Program, Project Execution Plan and Progress Report
  4. Ensure shop drawing are developed properly and implemented
  5. Coordinate Builder’s and M&E works to accomplish all the construction site activities
  6. Coordinate all sub-contractors to accomplish the site activities
  7. Organize relevant meetings in the construction site
  8. Liaise with customers, consultants and design consultant for continual good relationship
  9. To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the company,
