  Mission Statement:
  Assure that products, parts and systems meet stated requirements in a cost effective, quality and safe working environment within the Factory. Develop and implement standards that QC checking methods to ensure performance and quality.
  
  Main Accountabilities
  1. Quality Control Capability
  Ensures the factory operation has necessary quality hardware and software capability
  to assure parts, products and systems meet specified requirements and customers
  expectation.
  
  2. Quality Control Protocols
  Consult and work with R&D and Project Engineering team to develop QC protocols as necessary
  to investigate the integrity of new parts/products, or new functionality for current/existing parts/products.
  
  3. Data/Expert Analysis
  Provide quality data/expert analysis and interpretation of data by utilizing known engineering
  technical standard and specifications, suitable Quality tools to provide the
  short term and long term solution for a quality issue happen on parts/products.
  
  4. Quality Management System
  Work/Collaborate with Production HoDs with the analysis, creation and implementation of, and ensures conformances
  with Quality Standards, Instructions, Guidelines and procedures to drive Quality standardization
  and consistent execution in delivery of customer requirements and orders.
  
  5. Support Quality & Delivery
  Organizes and allocate suitable QC resources to effectively and efficiently meet customers
  delivery commitments, in term of quality and time.
  Provide QC support to production departments team as needed to establish incoming QC protocols
  and to perform First Piece Articles inspection.
  
  6. People Leadership and Development
  Ensure, with full support of HR that the QA and QC team is sustainably staffed, developed and
  directed to enable effective leadership, support and coaching on Kaizen projects and to provide
  career development path for all quality QA & QC talents.
  
  Manager Level
  - Leads team with a focus on Quality Management planning, and process development. Typically accountable for Quality department budget and Quality policy recommendations and medium term planning.
  - Typically managing through first line HoD/HoSs mainly in P1/P2/P3 departments area.
  - Focus balances leadership, team resource and subject matter expertise as total Quality Department.
  
  HoD/HoS Level
  - Manages team with a focus on Quality Operational execution, short/medium term quality operational/tactical responsibilities.
  - Often the first people manage level with full responsibility for human resource planning, selection, development and performance management. Management involves utilizing individual subject matter expertise.
