    - Handle General Affairs & HR job in Malaysia office
    - Manage attendance staff & leave records, manage office equipment & company car, hotel & flight booking, stationery application, courier arrangement, stamp application
    - Manage employment pass for assets, management & labelling, sourcing for quotation
    - Manage staff, medical claims & liaise with panel clinic, all other General Affairs & HR Job, etc.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Education Background : Degree in Business Administration
    - Experience : Min 1 year of admin working experience / Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
    - Require Skill :
    1. Has a valid car driving license (sometimes need to go out for do some admin job. for example: go maxis, immigration etc)
