  • Job Description

    -responsible for assisting Marketing Department or team to provide analysis and reporting on digital projects / campaigns and placements, website traffic, social media impression and others.
    -keep an eye on data that shows changing trends in advertising consumption.
    -keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies and digital marketing trends.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • To focus on members’ acquisitions, conversions and retentions, primarily on Facebook and
    Instagram.
    • Create content, landing pages and optimize user experience to increase qualified marketing
    leads and conversions.
    • To develop social media campaigns and to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
    • Communicating and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to effectively devise, structure and deliver marketing strategies.
    • Coordinating with designers to ensure that all design objectives are in line with resolved
    digital marketing strategies.
    • To plan and to monitor campaigns’ spending against the budget allocated.
    • Analyse and report audience information and demographics, as well as the success of the social media projects.
    • To prepare reports on a timely manner on the campaigns’ performance.
    • To conduct market research, to analyse and to identify the latest trends/technologies in order
    to stay abreast of the industry trends.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Education Background :
    • Must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising/Media, Psychology, or equivalent.

    - Experience :
    • At least 2-3 years of experience in strategizing and optimizing paid media strategies on various channels including Facebook/Instagram and other third-party ad platforms.
    • Experience in marketing agency, e-Commerce or affiliate marketing will be an added advantage

    - Require Skill :
    • Tech savvy and has good knowledge of online marketing tools.
    • Able to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
    • Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
