    Company Profile:
    Subsidiary of a Public Listed Company. Mainly focusing on Online Gaming Solution

    Location: Seputeh (accessible by public transport)
    Basically working from home unless there is meeting

    Job Scope:
     Identify clients’ requirements and ensure they are answered or routed to the appropriate support area.
     Provide operational support to clients by answering calls and online queries, analyze reported issues and offer appropriate advice and/or answers.
     Keep and update reported issues and work closely with Technical Support team to assure quality customer service.
     Provide feedback to enhance existing programmers by analyzing business objective and identifying areas for modification and improvement.
     Provide product and technical guidelines for clients and educate clients on how to use the new features or add-on programs.
     Undertake other ad hoc duties assign from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Requirements:
    - Education Background : Diploma in any field
    - Experience :any customer service experience is advantage
    - Others : Able to read and write in Mandarin as this position is required to do customer service to mandarin speakers
    no issue to work on 24 hours shift
