  Job Scope:
  • Responsible for leading the customer service team to ensure all order processes flow runs smoothly and monitoring of overall local and oversea shipping orders;
  • Monitoring and overseeing daily activities for Purchasing, and Customer service including delivery planning, incoming and outgoing goods - overseeing the ordering and packaging process;
  • Monitoring on stock status for deliveries, Purchase Orders and Inventories - ensure all activities completion on time;
  • Communicate regularly and maintain a good business relationship with customers and prospects for repeat business and referrals;
  • Liaise with all relevant departments/functional to ensure good relationship with vendors and distributors;
  • Work closely with operations team and account department to ensure successful project delivery, service level agreements and maintenance support;
  • Monitoring Sales and weekly/ monthly reporting to the General Manager;
  • Keep tracking records and inventories for monthly stock checks and coordinate with the Logistic team to ensure inventories and physical stocks are accurate and updated in the ERP system,
  • Build a strong relationship with transportation service providers. Planning delivery and ensuring a stock buffer is enough, and to make sure they arrive at their destination.
