    Overall Job Responsibility
    • Accountable for new project start-up
    • Coordinate NPI activities with cross-functional support

    Responsibilities
    • Liaise with customers and coordinate with internal functional departments on customers' demand, pricing,
    • engineering changes, and new product information
    • Notify the Internal team on quality-related issues and meeting customer satisfaction
    • Product Transfer
    • Responsible for program management, driving an internal team in achieving set KPI on Cost, Quality & OTD
    • To review customer contracts, assess the risk level, and propose business opportunities
    • Any other duties or responsibilities assigned by superior from time to time

    Scope of Authority
    • Monitor, drive and decode on all projects/programs performance in the company.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Education Background : Minimum a Bachelor's Degree holder in Engineering, Electrical/ Electronics/Mechanical
    Engineering or equivalent
    - Experience : Minimum 5-10 years of experiences in electronics manufacturing industry
    - Required skills：
    Skillset : MS Office, Project Management, Electrical & Electronics PLC Management
    • A good understanding of project management is a MUST
    • Good understanding and capable to retrieve useful information from PCB files, mechanical 2D and 3D drawing
    • Ability to understand the cost structure and customer RFQ requirement, cope with the task priority to meet target timeline
    • Excellent communication skills with internal and external parties
    • A positive attitude, willingness to lead, and a good team player
    • A good understanding of general business flow and market trends is preferable
    • Self-motivated person, capable of multitasking as and when needed
    • Able to understand and explain technical properties of product/process to non-technical staff and customers
