• Job Description

  Responsible for the electrical and production machines in a plant and guide Shift Chargeman and technicians. Helps to plan, operate, and carries out preventive maintenance for high voltage powers, and production machinery.
  - Ensures that all safety, environmental and health rules and guidelines are being adhered to at all times to maintain an accident-free, healthy and clean environment at the workplace.
  - Receives work order and discusses with Supervisor on a job to be done for the day or days ahead.
  - Understands the required things to do to carry out the job such as the task sequence steps, equipment and tools to use, materials needed, safety precautions, permits to work, and time required to complete the job.
  - Ensures that he performs his work according to plan, schedule, quality of workmanship and be responsible for his own safety and the safety of his working colleagues while doing the work and to finish the job with quality workmanship and within the timeframe expected.
  - Trouble-shoots electrical problems in the shortest possible time during plant breakdown.
  - Supports in controlling contractor workers in carrying out maintenance work at site by coordinating the safety, security, and quality issues with the workers and superior.
  - Gives feedbacks/suggestions to improve the performance of the various electrical equipment to minimize breakdowns.
