  Job Scope:
  ● Design and write in t he Laravel framework t o improve availability, scalability, latency and
  efficiency of the services..
  ● Lead a team of developers (on-site & remote) in building and scaling back-end services as
  well as performing root-cause analysis investigations.
  ● Participate i n code and design reviews to maintain our high development standards.
  ● Provide regular and effective progress updates and manage day-to-day communication
  between product owner and tech team.
  ● Work closely with product and experience teams to implement products, test their impact t o
  business metrics & propose solutions to achieve them.
  ● Collaborate with t he customer success team to identify & anticipate potential product issues,
  and lead the tech team on eliminating bugs.
  ● Engage in capacity and demand planning, performance analysis, tuning, and optimization, to
  ensure high production uptime.
  ● Debug and modify complex production software.
  ● Efficiently control t he cost of third-party software and services.
